Ozone Depletion

Okay, what's the big deal with ozone depletion? Twelve years ago, people said that within ten years the entire world would be uninhabitable. Hello, here we are twelve years later, and we're just the same. If you look outside, is the world ending? The main part of the cause was blamed on CFC's. But, the ozone layer started to thin in the 1950s before CFC's were in use. The ozone layer has increased and decreased off and on for the last few decades. You know, it would be better to spend all those billions of tax dollars on something useful, like completing the border fences. More on that later, though.
